Lead time depends on the product. Most pieces take 5–14 days from order confirmation. Complex custom projects (epoxy, large signage) may take longer. We'll confirm the timeline in your quotation before you approve.

We currently deliver across Peninsular Malaysia. Delivery cost depends on the size, weight, and destination. East Malaysia and international shipping will be available in the future.
We work with premium acrylic, epoxy resin, gold foil, LED lighting, and engraved panels. Materials are selected for durability and a quality finish that lasts for years.
We don't offer on-site installation at the moment. All pieces come with a detailed installation manual and mounting hardware. For complex installation projects, we provide remote guidance via video call. On-site installation may be available in the future.
